| Below are a few of the
requirements that you would be expected to meet if you decide to continue

| HONESTY - This is our number one
priority and should be in any job! Being with such close contact with
our guests, co-workers, and management, honesty plays a major part
in the application and interview process. Honesty in our business
means accurate cash handling, proper use of tools and inventory controls.
This also means that your family and friends do not receive services
free. |
| DRUGS and ALCOHOL - Every employee has daily contact
with our guests. We feel that the use of drugs, or alcohol is not
conductive to good employee/employee and employee/guest relations.
For your safety and the safety of fellow employees and our guests,
we want a drug free work place and we will do whatever it takes to
achieve this goal. Coming to work under the influence of drugs or
alcohol, or the use of drugs or alcohol in any mannerwhile on duty
is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate termination of
employment at Mulligan Family Fun Center. |
| SCHEDULE - We expect you to work the days you are
scheduled and be on time. Tardiness and absenteeism are not acceptable.
You should expect that due to the nature of our business, you will
be required to work evenings, weekends, summer months and holiday
periods. |
| APPEARANCE
- All employees are expected to wear required uniform at all times.
No other attire is acceptable. Personal hygiene is very important
because of the close contact with guests. |

Fun Center employee has daily contact with our guests. Good people
skills and courtesy are required at all times. If you do not enjoy
working with people (both guests and co-workers) especially children,
this is not the right job for you. |
